A well-established, physician-led managed care group in Arcadia, Florida is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join its growing outpatient team.
This opportunity focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to an adult Medicare and Medicare Advantage population, with an emphasis on quality over volume and strong work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients
- Manage chronic conditions with a focus on preventive care
- Conduct routine visits and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 5–7 years of Managed Care experience required
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
