A leading managed care medical group in Clermont, Florida is actively hiring a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide outpatient care to an adult Medicare and Medicare Advantage population.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
- Manage chronic conditions with a focus on preventive care
- Conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs)
- Develop individualized care plans for adult patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 5–7 years of managed care experience required
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
