A growing, physician-led medical group in Clermont, Florida is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join its outpatient team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a Medicare Advantage population within a value-based care model.

Position Highlights
- 100% Outpatient Primary Care

- Medicare Advantage patient population
- Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- No weekends, no holidays, no call
- Average 12–16 patients per day
- Team-based clinical support
Physician Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
- Conduct annual wellness visits and preventive screenings
- Develop and manage individualized care plans
- Diagnose and treat chronic conditions in adult and senior populations
- Collaborate with care teams to improve outcomes
- Coordinate care to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations and services
- Maintain compliance with Florida medical regulations
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
