- Salary: $240,000 – $300,000 base + incentives
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
As a Primary Care Physician, you will lead a team-based care model focused on improving outcomes for the Medicare Advantage population.
This position allows for:

You’ll have the time and resources to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care without the pressure of high-volume production models.

Qualifications
- MD or DO
