Provide expert clinical guidance in partnership with physician partners in the development and execution of health strategies to improve business results.

·       Foster relationships with physician leaders to share best practices and ensure the company is well-positioned; and to enhance their performance and effectiveness in leading other physicians in their own offices and organizations.

·       Engage in strategic initiatives focused on supporting membership gwroth and perception.

·       Provide leadership, support and guidance for CareAllies PCCM (polychronic condition management) program as well as drive accurate comprehensive documentation and accurate RAF pull-through.

·       Provide support and leadership for clinical programs, vendor evaluations, CareAllies pharmacy team, Evernorth partners.

·       Provide leadership and mentorship to pharmacy, nursing, and business leaders in CareAllies.

·       Liaison with both client partners as well as health-plan leaders and partners.
