Position: BC/BE Cardiology – Advanced Heart Failure
Location: Abilene, Texas (Regional Healthcare Hub)
First Year Salary: $570,862 Guaranteed Base + Lucrative Incentive Program
Sign-on & Relocation: $45,000 Bonus Package
Practice Opportunity
Join the premier medical center in the Texas Midwest as an Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist. This is a non-transplant role based at the largest regional facility within a 150-mile radius, serving a 24-county catchment area of 400,000 people. We are seeking practicing physicians or fellows (BC/BE) who are licensed in Texas or eligible. Both employment and solo-practice models are available.
Financial & Professional Rewards
  • Guaranteed Compensation: $570,862 starting salary with high-ceiling production incentives.
  • Sign-on Support: $45,000 bonus to include relocation expenses.

Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology with Heart Failure focus.
  • Texas Medical License (or eligibility).
  • Fellows and experienced physicians are both encouraged to apply.
