Compensation: $448,880 Guaranteed Base + Lucrative Production Incentives

Opportunity Overview
Join the largest regional medical center within a 150-mile radius as a dedicated Breast Surgeon. Serving a 24-county catchment area of 400,000 people, this position offers an immediate high-volume practice with full marketing support to the community and region. We welcome practicing physicians, experienced surgeons, and current fellows.
Financial Highlights & Benefits
- Starting Salary: $448,880 guaranteed first year.
- Student Loans: Potential for direct Student Loan Repayment.
- Stipend: Monthly training stipend available (up to 24 months prior to completion).
- Time Off: 30 days of DTO plus 18 weeks of sick leave annually.
- CME: $5,000 annual allowance + 5 paid days.
- Licensure: $2,000 Texas License Fees reimbursement.

- Malpractice: Comprehensive coverage starting Day 1, including tail coverage ($1M/$3M limits).

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in General Surgery with Breast Fellowship.
- Texas Medical License (active or eligible).
- Open to both Employment or Solo-practice models.
