A leading regional healthcare system in Abilene, Texas is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hospice & Palliative Care Physician to join a well-established program serving a large multi-county population.
This opportunity offers a flexible practice model with both employed and solo/private practice options, along with strong financial incentives and long-term growth potential.
Position Highlights
- Competitive base salary up to $271,087 annually
- $45,000 sign-on bonus (includes relocation assistance)
- Student loan repayment assistance available
- Monthly training stipend (up to 24 months before completion of training)

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Care
- Eligible for or currently holding a Texas medical license
- Open to both experienced physicians and graduating residents/fellows
