Position: BC/BE Endocrinology
Location: Abilene, Texas (Primary Medical Hub for the Texas Midwest)
Compensation: $303,900 Guaranteed Base + Lucrative Production Incentives
Sign-on Bonus: $45,000 (Includes Relocation Assistance)
The Opportunity
Practice at the largest regional medical center within a 150-mile radius. We are seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to serve an expansive 24-county catchment area of 400,000 people. This position offers an immediate patient base and full marketing support to establish your practice quickly. We welcome practicing physicians, experienced specialists, and current fellows.

  • Guaranteed Starting Income: $303,900 first-year base salary.

Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Endocrinology.
  • Active Texas Medical License or eligibility for licensure.
  • Employment or Solo-practice models available.
