Compensation: $303,900 Guaranteed Base + Lucrative Production Incentives
Incentives: $45,000 Sign-on & Relocation + Student Loan Repayment Potential
The Opportunity
Step into a high-demand practice at a 188-bed acute care facility in Brownwood, TX. As the largest medical provider within a 70-mile radius, we serve as the primary healthcare hub for Central Texas. We are seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist (practicing, experienced, or fellows) to join our medical team. This role offers the choice of an employment or solo-practice model with full marketing support to the surrounding region.

  • Guaranteed Starting Income: $303,900 first-year base salary.

Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Endocrinology.
  • Active Texas Medical License (or eligibility).
