The Opportunity: High-Yield Hospitalist Practice
This role offers a structured, lucrative environment with multiple shift options and significant volume-based bonuses.
- Nocturnist Rate: $155 per hour (Average of 182 hours per month).
- Swing Shift Rate: $150 per hour (Admissions only).
- Encounter Bonuses: Additional $110 for every encounter over 12 per shift.
- Incentives: Quarterly productivity and quality-based incentive programs.
- Contract Execution: Up to $25,000 Contract Payment available upon signing.
- Relocation: Up to $20,000 for relocation and house-hunting allowances.

Requirements:
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine.
- Texas Medical License (active or eligible).
