Key Responsibilities
As a Hospitalist in Biddeford, you will:
  • Manage acute inpatient care in a high-functioning community hospital setting.
  • Work closely with and mentor Advanced Practice Professionals (NPs/PAs).
  • Precept third-year medical students from UNE during their Hospital Medicine rotations.
  • Contribute to key clinical areas such as medical consultation, perioperative medicine, and homeless health.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Degree: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • License: Active (or eligible for) Maine State Medical License.
  • Experience: Strong interest in community-based hospital medicine and medical education.
