The Opportunity: High-Yield Hospitalist Practice
This role offers a structured, lucrative environment with multiple shift options and significant volume-based bonuses.
  • Day-Shift Rate: $162 per hour (Average of 182 hours per month).
  • Nocturnist Rate: $172 per hour (Average of 182 hours per month).
  • Encounter Bonuses: Additional $110 for every encounter (Over 18 for Day / Over 12 for Night).
  • Incentives: Quarterly productivity and quality-based incentive programs.
  • Contract Execution: Up to $25,000 Contract Payment available.
  • Relocation: Up to $20,000 for relocation and house-hunting allowances.

Requirements:
