As the primary provider for a 70-mile radius, this role offers an immediate patient base and the flexibility of either employment or a solo practice model. Both experienced physicians and fellows are encouraged to apply.
The Financial Package
  • Year One Income: Guaranteed yearly salary of $527,379 plus a lucrative incentive program.
  • Sign-On & Relocation: $45,000 combined sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
  • Education Support: Potential for Student Loan Repayment and a monthly training stipend (up to 24 months) for those currently in training.
  • Onboarding: Includes $2,000 Texas License Fee reimbursement and dedicated community marketing.

Practice Environment
You will practice at a modern 188-bed acute care facility that has served Central Texas for over 50 years. The facility features:
  • 24/7 Level IV Trauma Center with on-site helicopter transport.
  • Specialized Centers: Comprehensive heart center, interventional cardiology, and the Walker Cancer Center.
  • Full Support: On-site Sleep Lab, Gastroenterology Lab, and a dedicated Hospitalist program to assist with patient care.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
