Salary: $260,000 – $320,000+ (Base + Quality & Production Bonuses)

A physician-led, rapidly growing primary care and cardiology practice in Eastern and Southern Hillsborough County is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join its established outpatient team.

Physician Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in adult patients
- Perform Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs)
- Develop individualized care plans
- Interpret labs and diagnostic testing
- Coordinate care with specialists and care teams
- Maintain compliance with CMS quality measures (HEDIS, STAR, etc.)
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in value-based care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual/Spanish a plus
