Position: Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician (Outpatient)
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (Physician-Led Medical Practice)
Salary: $240,000 – $300,000 + Annual Quality-Based Bonuses
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (No Holidays or Weekends)
The Opportunity

Our robust support system allows you to focus exclusively on patient outcomes rather than volume. You will manage a primarily Medicare Advantage population with a manageable daily volume of 12–16 patients, ensuring true continuity of care.

Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Strong interest or experience in Value-Based Care models.
  • Active Oklahoma Medical License (or eligibility).
