Salary: $240,000 – $300,000 + Annual Quality-Based Bonuses

The Opportunity
Join a premier, physician-founded medical group in Tulsa, OK, dedicated to high-quality, Value-Based Care (VBC). This is a 100% outpatient role designed to eliminate administrative burnout. Our robust support system allows you to focus exclusively on patient outcomes rather than volume. You will manage a primarily Medicare Advantage population with a manageable daily volume of 12–16 patients, ensuring true continuity of care.

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Strong interest or experience in Value-Based Care models.
- Active Oklahoma Medical License (or eligibility).
