Position: BC/BE Cardiovascular Surgeon
Location: Abilene, Texas (Primary Hub for the Texas Midwest)
First Year Salary: $917,000 Guaranteed Base + Lucrative Production Incentives
Sign-on Bonus: $45,000 (Includes Relocation Assistance)
The Opportunity
Practice at the largest regional medical center within a 150-mile radius. We are seeking a BC/BE Cardiovascular Surgeon to join a high-volume facility serving a 24-county catchment area of 400,000 people. This position offers immediate surgical volume with full marketing support to the community and surrounding region. We welcome practicing physicians, experienced surgeons, and current fellows (Texas license or eligibility required).

Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Cardiovascular Surgery.
  • Active Texas Medical License or eligibility for licensure.
