The Financial Package
  • Guaranteed Income: Attractive yearly salary (minimum $712,479 in year one) plus a lucrative incentive program.
  • Sign-On & Relocation: $70,000 combined sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
  • Educational Support: Potential for Student Loan Repayment and a monthly training stipend (up to 24 months) for residents.
  • Practice Support: Includes a $5,000 annual CME allowance, $2,000 Texas license fee reimbursement, and comprehensive marketing to the 24-county regional draw.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
