Full-Time General Surgery Opportunity – Abilene, Texas (14 Shifts/Month)
Are you looking for a high-compensation Trauma Surgery job in Texas? We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Trauma Acute Care Surgeon (TACS) to join a premier surgical team in Abilene. Practice at the largest regional medical center within a 150-mile radius, serving a 24-county draw of over 400,000 residents.
The Opportunity: Team-Based Trauma Surgery

- Compensation: Competitive daily rate of $3,360 per day.
- Incentives: $45,000 Sign-on Bonus (includes relocation assistance).
- Quality Bonus: Additional $5.00 per hour based on care metrics.
- Schedule: Full-time consists of only 14 shifts per month.
- Scope of Practice: Respond to the ED, round on in-house patients, manage consults, and perform necessary general and trauma surgeries.

Requirements:
- BC/BE in General Surgery with Trauma/Surgical Critical Care experience.
- Texas Medical License (active or eligible).
- Open to experienced surgeons and final-year residents/fellows.
