A well-established, physician-led managed care group in Clermont, Florida is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join its growing outpatient team.
This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to an adult Medicare and Medicare Advantage population, with a strong emphasis on quality outcomes, preventive care, and work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $230,000 – $300,000

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care to adult patients
- Manage chronic conditions with a focus on preventive care
- Perform routine visits and Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs)
- Develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 5–7 years of Managed Care experience required
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
