An established managed care / value-based care practice in Palmetto, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a physician-led, team-based environment.

Position Highlights
- Salary: $240,000 – $300,000 base + performance bonuses
- Patient Volume: 12–16 adult patients per day
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights, no weekends, no call
- Setting: 100% outpatient
- Care Model: Managed care / value-based
About the Role
As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive care to an adult and geriatric patient population, with a strong emphasis on chronic disease management and preventive care.
You’ll work alongside a highly trained clinical support team, allowing you to focus on delivering meaningful, patient-centered care instead of high-volume production.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients
- Manage chronic conditions and multiple comorbidities
- Focus on preventive care and long-term health outcomes
- Develop and communicate treatment plans with patients and families
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure coordinated, efficient care
Compensation & Benefits
