Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Managed Care Position In Palmetto FL

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Managed Care experience to join our Physician and provide coverage in Palmetto FL . This is a Full-time Permanent position. You will be seeing @ 12-17 patients per day and providing primary care to our Value Base Care patients requiring assessment, documentation, treatment, and evaluation of care based on national standards and evidence-based guidelines.

Must be familiar with HEDIS measures and able to work independently The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in Primary Care and Medicare experience as an NP/PA ( no new graduates will be considered) FL license required, with good people and patient care skills.
