We are pleased to offer a compelling employment opportunity that includes:

• An attractive annual salary of at least $425,000 for the first 24 months, complemented by a competitive incentive program.
• A $75,000 Sign-on Bonus, disbursed as follows:
• $25,000 upon contract execution (includes relocation support)
• $25,000 upon submission of all required credentialing documentation for the hospital
• $25,000 with the first paycheck following commencement of employment
• A $30,000 Recruitment Bonus, paid in installments of $10,000 at the end of each contract year.
• A $48,000 Training Stipend, distributed in equal monthly payments from contract execution through completion of training in June 2028.
• A comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, vision, long-term and short-term disability, critical illness, life insurance, retirement plan, 30 days per year of discretionary time off, 18 weeks of sick leave, and additional offerings.
• Reimbursement of $2,000 for Texas licensure fees.
• Malpractice insurance coverage commencing on the first day of employment, including tail coverage ($1,000,000/$3,000,000 policy limits).
• Continuing Medical Education support of $5,000 per year, plus five paid days annually.
