Now Hiring: Primary Care ARNP/PA (Full-Time) – Desoto County, FL

Catalyst Medical Group is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced ARNP or PA to join our growing Primary Care team in beautiful Desoto County, Florida.   • Mon–Thu: 9 AM–5 PM
  • Fri: 8 AM–12 PM
  • One to 2 Saturday/month: 8 AM–12 PM
  • No call. No rounding.
  • Manageable Patient Volume: 8–19 patients per day, which including 3–6 chronic care patients.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and physicals
  • Develop customized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on health maintenance and preventive care
  • Accurately document visits, histories, and plans in EMR
  • Prescribe and manage medications
  • Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable treating patients age 2 (Limited) and up
  • Florida-licensed ARNP or PA, with active DEA
  • Strong diagnostic skills and an adaptable, team-first mindset
  • Personable, professional, and passionate about patient care
