Job Summary

We are seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN to join a premier healthcare system serving a 24-county regional draw of 400,000 people. This role offers a high-volume, broad-spectrum practice—from prenatal and birthing services to specialized gynecological care—supported by a full staff of medical and surgical specialists.

Unrivaled Compensation & Financial Incentives
- Guaranteed Annual Salary: At least $500,000 for the first 24 months.
- Lucrative Incentive Program: Additional earnings based on production and quality metrics.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $150,000 (includes relocation assistance).
- Stipends: Potential training stipends available for residents and fellows.
- Licensing: $2,000 Texas License Fees reimbursement.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Active Texas Medical License (or eligibility for licensure).
- Open to practicing/experienced physicians and graduating residents.
