A leading health system in Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Psychiatrist to join its growing behavioral health team. This full-time, hospital-employed position offers the opportunity to care for both Adult and Adolescent patients in Inpatient and Partial Hospital Program (PHP) settings while enjoying a collaborative environment and excellent work-life balance.

- Monday–Friday Schedule
- On-Site Practice
- Call Rotation: Two Weekends Per Quarter
- Daily Patient Caseload: 14–22 Patients
- Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team
- Stable Health System with Strong Administrative Support
Responsibilities
Inpatient Psychiatry
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and new patient admissions
- Medication management and follow-up visits
- Discharge planning
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
Partial Hospital Program (PHP)
- Evaluate and manage Adult and Adolescent patients
- Provide psychiatric care for PHP and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) patients
- See outpatient patients requiring physician oversight due to insurance requirements
- Collaborate with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs)

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Eligible for North Dakota Medical License
- Strong interest in Adult and Adolescent Psychiatry
