Location: Abilene, Texas (Largest Regional Hub within 150 miles)
Shift Structure: Flexible (7-on/7-off, 2 weeks/month, or 1 week/month)

Join the premier Critical Care team in the Texas Midwest. This position is based at a 564-bed regional medical center serving a 24-county catchment area of 400,000 people. We are seeking BC/BE Intensivists (practicing, experienced, or fellows) to join our established group. Must be licensed in Texas or eligible.
Flexible Scheduling & Compensation
  • Work-Life Balance: Multiple shift options available to fit your lifestyle:
    • 2 weeks per month (standard 7-on/7-off)
    • 1 week per month (ideal for supplemental income or travel)
  • Hours: 7am–7pm onsite plus overnight call coverage.
  • Competitive Pay: High-tier compensation including Call Pay incentives.
  • Custom Benefits: Flexibility to choose a compensation model with or without benefits to maximize take-home pay.
  • CME: $3,000 annual allowance.
  • Malpractice: Comprehensive coverage provided ($1M/$3M limits).
