This premier healthcare system is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to step into a high-volume practice serving a 24-county regional draw of 400,000 people. Unrivaled Compensation & Incentives
- Annual Income Guarantee: Starting at $1,005,000 for the first year.
- Sign-On Bonus: $70,000 total (distributed upon contract, credentialing, and start date).
- Training Stipend: Up to 24 months of potential stipend for residents/fellows.
- Student Loan Repayment: Potential for significant debt relief.
- Relocation & Licensing: $2,000 Texas license fee reimbursement + comprehensive relocation assistance.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery.
- Active Texas Medical License (or eligible for licensure).
