Job Summary

This premier healthcare system is seeking a BC/BE Neurosurgeon to step into a high-volume practice serving a 24-county regional draw of 400,000 people. Whether you are an experienced physician or a resident, this role offers an elite compensation structure and full administrative support.
Unrivaled Compensation & Incentives
  • Annual Income Guarantee: Starting at $1,005,000 for the first year.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $70,000 total (distributed upon contract, credentialing, and start date).
  • Training Stipend: Up to 24 months of potential stipend for residents/fellows.
  • Student Loan Repayment: Potential for significant debt relief.

Requirements
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery.
  • Active Texas Medical License (or eligible for licensure).
