Job Summary

We are seeking a BC/BE Ophthalmologist to join a premier private group serving a 24-county regional draw of 400,000 people. Whether you are an experienced surgeon or a graduating resident, this role offers an elite compensation structure and full administrative support.
Unrivaled Compensation & Financial Incentives
  • Guaranteed Annual Salary: At least $440,486 for the first year.
  • Lucrative Incentive Program: Additional earnings based on production and quality metrics.

Requirements
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology.
  • Active Texas Medical License (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Open to practicing/experienced physicians and graduating residents.
