Overview
Our hospital in Las Cruces, NM has been serving the communities of Las Cruces, Western Texas, and Arizona since 1987. We are currently seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for an employed position with excellent compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
The role involves leading treatment teams and managing daily care for inpatient child and adolescent patients, ages 8-17. The position offers flexibility with options for either Independent Contractor 1099 or employed W-2 arrangements. This is a Monday-Friday day position with minimal call and weekend duties; all weekends and calls are compensated.
Additionally, there is an opportunity to collaborate with residents, fellows, and medical students from Texas Tech El Paso. The schedule allows for flexibility, enabling offsite work after completing daily patient-care activities.
