Overview
A hospital in Franklin, TN, located near Nashville, is seeking a full-time adolescent psychiatrist who has completed a child/adolescent fellowship. This is an employed position with a Monday through Friday on-site schedule, managing an average caseload of 14 adolescents per day in both In-Patient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) settings. Responsibilities for inpatient care include rounding, admissions, daily patient management, and leading the treatment team. A Unit Director role is available for interested candidates.
The compensation package includes a base salary, production bonus opportunities, a Unit Director stipend if applicable, a negotiable signing bonus, paid malpractice insurance, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, matching 401(k), paid time off (PTO), continuing medical education (CME) allowance, relocation support if required, and participation in an employee stock purchase program. Please note that this location cannot accommodate candidates enrolled in the PSLF loan repayment program.
