3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

Employers must have authority to post job listings on behalf of their organization.

Candidates must provide truthful and accurate information regarding licensure, board certification, and employment history.


4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

  • All activity under their account

  • Providing accurate and updated information

MDdocjobs.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Misrepresent professional credentials

5. Employer Terms

Employers agree that:

  • Listings comply with federal and Florida employment laws

  • No discriminatory language is used

  • Compensation details are truthful and accurate

  • Fraudulent listings

  • Misleading job descriptions

  • Commission-only or non-healthcare schemes

We do not guarantee candidate response rates or hiring outcomes.


6. Candidate Terms

Candidates agree:

  • Licenses and certifications are valid and current

  • They will not impersonate another professional

  • Employer hiring decisions

  • Compensation disputes

  • Contract negotiations

  • Background check failures


7. Payments & Fees

Certain services require payment, including:

  • Subscription packages

All fees are:

  • Displayed at time of purchase

  • Non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account termination.

All employment agreements occur solely between Employers and Candidates.


9. Intellectual Property

  • Software

  • Text and graphics

Is owned by MDdocjobs.com and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant MDdocjobs.com a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.


10. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Scrape or harvest physician data

  • Use automated bots or extraction tools

  • Reverse engineer the platform

  • Post unlawful or misleading content

  • Violate healthcare privacy laws

Violation may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.


11. Healthcare & HIPAA Disclaimer

MDdocjobs.com does not collect or process Protected Health Information (PHI).

Users agree not to upload patient-identifiable information.

The Platform is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical services.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

  • Continuous or error-free operation


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, MDdocjobs.com shall not be liable for:

  • Contract disagreements

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
