This role offers a predictable weekday schedule focusing on an adolescent caseload (approx. 16/day), with occasional adult patient interaction. Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Conduct patient rounding, admissions, and daily care for an adolescent-focused inpatient unit.
- Leadership: Serve as the Treatment Team Lead, coordinating care with social workers, therapists, and nursing staff.
- Case Management: Oversee a daily caseload of approximately 16 patients, ensuring high-quality psychiatric outcomes.

Requirements
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Illinois Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent fellowship preferred).
