We are seeking a BC/BE Ophthalmologist to join a premier private group serving a 24-county regional draw of 400,000 people. Unrivaled Compensation & Financial Incentives
- Guaranteed Annual Salary: At least $440,486 for the first year.
- Lucrative Incentive Program: Additional earnings based on production and quality metrics.
- Sign-On Bonus: $45,000 (includes relocation assistance).

- Training Stipend: Potential monthly stipend for residents/fellows (up to 24 months).

Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology.
- Active Texas Medical License (or eligibility for licensure).
- Open to practicing/experienced physicians and graduating residents.
