Job Description
A well-established, independent, community-based oncology practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to join their team in Sarasota, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
This opportunity offers a balanced mix of hematology and oncology (approximately 50/50) in a primarily outpatient setting, supported by a collaborative care team and strong referral network.
Position Details
- Outpatient-focused practice with limited inpatient rounding/consults
- Balanced hematology and oncology case mix
- Join an established team of 3–4 physicians
- Supported by 100+ referring primary care providers
- Strong advanced practice provider (APP) support
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $400,000+ annually (based on experience)

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
