Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 Base + Bonus (Up to $26,000)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a growing outpatient practice in Ocala, Florida. This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to an adult population in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred to better serve our diverse patient community.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Provide comprehensive primary care and chronic disease management
- Perform physical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on preventive care and health management
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical standards
Preferred Experience
- Managed Care and/or Medicare Advantage experience
- Familiarity with HEDIS measures and coding
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $110,000 – $130,000
- Performance bonus up to $26,000 annually

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification
- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience as an NP
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to continuous professional development
Additional Requirements
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
