Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Town ‘n’ Country, Tampa Bay
A growing, physician-led managed care group in the Town ‘n’ Country area of Tampa Bay is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide outpatient care to an adult Medicare and Medicare Advantage population.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
- Manage chronic conditions with a preventive care focus
- Conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs)
- Develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 5–7 years of managed care experience preferred
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
