Salary: $240,000–$300,000 Base Salary + Performance Incentives

A physician-led healthcare organization in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice serving adult and senior patient populations.

This opportunity allows physicians to focus on patient care while working alongside an experienced clinical support team in a value-based care environment designed to improve outcomes and reduce administrative burden.

Physician Responsibilities

Outpatient Primary Care

Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients with an average daily patient volume of approximately 12–16 patients.

Chronic Disease Management

Manage and coordinate treatment plans for common chronic conditions including:

  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • COPD
  • Congestive Heart Failure
  • Hyperlipidemia

Team-Based Care

Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, care coordinators, and clinical staff to improve quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Preventive Medicine

Focus on wellness visits, preventive screenings, risk reduction, and population health initiatives.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO Degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active Florida Medical License or Eligibility
  • Strong interest in outpatient primary care
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
