We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with Managed Care and Medicare experience to join our physician-led primary care team in Dundee, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP or PA who enjoys providing comprehensive primary care to Medicare Advantage patients in a value-based care environment.

Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive primary care services, including:
- Patient assessment and evaluation
- Diagnosis and treatment
- Development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Chronic disease management
- Preventive care
- Patient education
- Clinical documentation
- Evaluation and coordination of patient care
- Following national standards and evidence-based clinical guidelines
- Supporting quality outcomes within a Medicare Advantage / Managed Care population
Required Qualifications
- Current Florida NP or PA license
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- At least 3 years of Managed Care experience
- Previous Medicare/Medicare Advantage experience required
- Familiarity with HEDIS measures and quality metrics
- Ability to work independently
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- No new graduates — experienced providers only
