An established hospital located in the Forest Park area of Chicago, Illinois, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join its growing inpatient behavioral health team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist looking for a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive compensation, and a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
Position Highlights
- Full-Time, Employed Position
- Adult Inpatient Psychiatry
- On-Site Practice
- Monday–Friday Schedule
- Shared Call Rotation
- Average Patient Census: 16 patients per day
- Collaborative Treatment Team Environment
Responsibilities
- Perform psychiatric evaluations and new patient admissions
- Conduct daily follow-up visits
- Medication management
- Coordinate patient discharges
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to adult inpatients

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
