About This Opportunity
A growing outpatient primary care practice in Port Orange, Florida is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team as the practice expands.
This is a meaningful opportunity for an APP who brings real clinical experience and the confidence to work collaboratively alongside a physician in a growing practice environment. You will see 12–16 adult patients per day in a supportive, team-based setting with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.

The physician in this practice is newer to the group — which means your experience as an APP is not just valued, it is essential. The right candidate brings clinical confidence, independent thinking, and the ability to provide high-quality outpatient care while collaborating closely with the physician on complex cases. This is not an entry-level opportunity.
Schedule & Practice Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday — specific hours provided upon inquiry
- Patient Volume: 12–16 adult patients per day — adults only
- Setting: Outpatient primary care practice
- Team: One physician on site — collaborative, team-based environment
- No weekends. No holidays. No on-call requirements.
- Growing practice — expanding patient panel
- Experienced APP needed — prompt start preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients
- Manage chronic conditions, acute illness, preventive care, and wellness visits
- Collaborate closely with the on-site physician on complex cases
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Build lasting relationships with a growing adult patient panel
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience

Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS)
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active Florida NP or PA license or eligibility to obtain
- DEA registration
- Minimum 2–3 years outpatient primary care experience required
- Experience in value-based care or Medicare Advantage a plus
- Strong clinical decision-making and independent practice skills
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to start promptly
