- Work-Life Balance: Monday – Friday (8 AM – 5 PM). No weekends and no holidays.

Primary Responsibilities
As a leader in our team-based medical group, you will:
- Provide high-quality outpatient medicine focusing on the chronic condition management of seniors.
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with the care team to minimize fragmented care and unnecessary testing.
- Manage complex cases within the Medicare Advantage population to improve long-term wellness.

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
