Position: Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Model: 100% Outpatient | Value-Based Care (VBC)
Compensation: $240,000 – $300,000 Guaranteed Base + Quality Bonuses
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (No Weekends or Holidays)

The Opportunity
Join a physician-founded practice expanding in the Broken Arrow / Tulsa, OK area. We are redefining primary care by removing administrative burdens, allowing our physicians to focus entirely on patient outcomes. This role is ideal for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician who prefers Quality over Quantity, with a manageable daily volume of only 12–16 patients.

Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Interest in Geriatrics, Managed Care, or Value-Based Care models.
- Active Oklahoma Medical License (or eligibility).
