We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a 100% outpatient role. This position is ideal for an efficient provider who thrives in a Managed Care environment and values a manageable daily patient volume of 12–17 adult patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Care: Conduct physical exams and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.
- Chronic Disease Management: Manage multi-morbidity conditions with a focus on disease prevention and health promotion.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Interpret diagnostic tests and maintain precise documentation using ICD-10 coding.
- Collaborative Medicine: Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient outcomes.
- Specialized Focus: Provide care in areas including dementia and geriatric medicine within the scope of internal medicine.
- EMR Proficiency: Maintain accurate, real-time patient records in compliance with Florida healthcare regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Florida Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Experience: 2+ years in Primary Care or Internal Medicine preferred.
- Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Managed Care and Value-Based Care models is highly preferred.
