Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends/holidays)
Job Summary

A growing, physician-led medical group in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) Physician in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join our outpatient team. New office, focusing on providing high-quality, value-based care to a Medicare Advantage population.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
  • Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for an active, unrestricted Florida medical license.
  • Experience: Commitment to the value-based care model and interest in adult/geriatric populations.
Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Manage a daily volume of 12–16 patients in a 100% outpatient setting.
  • Care Coordination: Develop individualized care plans and lead a team-based support staff.
  • Clinical Excellence: Perform comprehensive health assessments and chronic disease management for seniors.
  • Compliance: Maintain standard clinical documentation and Florida scope-of-practice regulations.
