Salary: $240,000 – $300,000 per year + Annual Quality Bonus
Location: Tulsa, OK (Greater Tulsa Area)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends/Holidays)
Job Summary
Join a physician-founded medical practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma, dedicated to high-quality, Value-Based Care. We have built a robust support system that removes administrative barriers, allowing our physicians to focus 100% on patient care. This is an outpatient-only role serving a Medicare Advantage population with an emphasis on chronic condition management and preventative medicine.
Position Highlights
  • Quality Over Quantity: Low daily volume of 12–16 patients per day.
  • True Work-Life Balance: 100% Outpatient. No nights, weekends, or holidays.

  • On-Call: Flexible and rotating on-call schedule (Telephone only).
Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual Pay: $240k – $300k base salary (commensurate with experience).

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care to a primarily Medicare-aged population with multiple comorbidities.
  • Manage chronic conditions through proactive health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with patients and families to develop value-based care plans.
  • Utilize a team-based approach to improve patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary costs.
Requirements
  • Education: MD or DO (Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy).
  • Specialty: Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Preference: Experience or interest in Geriatrics or Managed Care models.
