Qualifications
✅ Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
✅ Active Florida License (or ability to obtain)
✅ Minimum of Two (2) Years of Clinical Experience Required
✅ Primary Care Experience Required
✅ Value-Based Care or Medicare Advantage Experience Preferred
✅ Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills
✅ Passion for Patient-Centered Care
✅ Commitment to Quality Outcomes and Preventive Medicine
