Job Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Primary Care Physician to lead a value-based care team in DeLand, Florida. This role is designed for physicians who prioritize patient outcomes over volume. By focusing on the Medicare Advantage population, you will have the time and resources to practice proactive, high-touch medicine.

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
- Education: Doctorate (MD/DO) required.
- Experience: 2+ years in Primary Care (Preferred).
- Board Certification: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
