Salary: $240,000 – $300,000 per year + Sign-on Bonus
Location: Ocala FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (No Nights, No Weekends, No Call)

Join a physician-led outpatient practice in Ocala focused on quality over quantity. We utilize a Value-Based Care model, allowing you to spend more time with patients and less time chasing production quotas.
  • Patient Volume: 12–16 patients per day (Maximum)
  • Support: Dedicated MA and full care-team coordination
  • Balance: 100% Outpatient with a strict 8 AM – 5 PM schedule
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to a Medicare Advantage population.
  • Manage chronic conditions with an emphasis on preventative care and long-term outcomes.
  • Conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWV) and develop personalized care plans.
  • Lead a collaborative clinical team while maintaining full clinical autonomy.

Qualifications
  • Education: Doctorate (MD/DO) required.
  • Certification: Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Primary Care preferred.
  • License: Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)
