A growing value-based care medical group in Ocala, Florida is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join its outpatient team. This position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the Medicare Advantage population.

• 100% Outpatient Primary Care

• Value-Based Care Model

• Medicare Advantage patient population

• Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• No weekends

• No holidays

• Average 12–16 patients per day

• Team-based support staff

Physician Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care and continuity of care

• Perform comprehensive health assessments

• Develop and communicate individualized care plans

• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions in older adults

• Lead within a collaborative, team-based model

• Coordinate care to minimize unnecessary testing and fragmented services

• Maintain compliance with Florida scope-of-practice regulations
