Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Physician Responsibilities
Outpatient Primary Care
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients in a modern outpatient clinic setting.
Chronic Disease Management
Manage common medical conditions including:
- Diabetes
- Hypertension
- COPD
- Coronary Artery Disease
- Hyperlipidemia
- Congestive Heart Failure
Preventive Medicine
Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, medication management, and patient education focused on improving overall health outcomes.
Team-Based Care
Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, care coordinators, and clinical support staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality healthcare.
Qualifications
- MD or DO Degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida Medical License or Eligibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
